Adjunct Professor Graham Paddock is an expert sectional title and community scheme attorney, author, lecturer and senior partner of Paddocks, sectional title and home owners' association specialists.

Graham is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cape Town's Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment (Department of Construction Economics and Management). He was the lead consultant to the National Departments of Land Affairs and to the National Department of Human Settlements in drafting the Sectional Titles Scheme Management and Community Scheme Ombud Service legislation. He has lectured on sectional titles to undergraduate, postgraduate, professional and lay audiences and has written the courseware for all Paddocks courses. He is also the author of the popular Sectional Title Survival Manual and several other Paddocks Publications.
