Orange Telecommunications appoints Starcom and Saatchi & Saatchi Cape Town

Starcom Africa secures the Orange Telecommunications media account whilst Saatchi & Saatchi Cape Town has been awarded the creative assignment.

Orange will be operating in Cameroon, Cote I'voire, Madagascar and Botswana.
