Urban development plans underway
The African Real Estate and Infrastructure Summit took place at the CTICC in Cape Town on 2-3 November 2016.
In partnership with United Cities and Local Governments Association Africa (UCLG-A) and WESGRO, the summit saw African cities and governments showcase their urban development plans and discuss the challenges and opportunities of their future urbanisation.
The two-day conference provided insight, guidance and training to African cities to attract and negotiate international finance and investment.
