ABF appoints Louise MarslandThe Advertising Benevolent Fund (ABF), a charitable fund for individuals in the advertising, marketing and media industries, has appointed Louise Marsland, editor-in-chief of AdVantage magazine to its national executive committee for 2011. ![]() "I've been in this industry for 25 years now and I feel that it is necessary for all of us to give back our expertise and knowledge in some way when we are able. Its dedication to the advertising and media industry is valuable and I am hoping to make a contribution where I can," says Marsland. "Valued members of our industry make a real difference on a committee like ours," said Sharlene Vallance, VP of the fund. "Louise's integrity and moral compass will be most beneficial to the fund.
