Freshwater's new director Slim does it again![]() The ad reveals a young man who has continuous hiccups and goes to great lengths to get rid of his hiccups using all the old methods possible. The hiccups are so bad that he has to go to hospital and the real cure of the day ends up being Cardies when one of his "Get Well Soon " balloons pops taking Cardies byline " says it best!" to new heights. The ad is a great example of a simple single minded idea from agency Ogilvy Johannesburg that has been taken to new levels by a the unique and fresh approach from the director. The spot is edited by Visual Assault. Slim has also been busy with an ad for TB that shows a whole new dimension to Slim's style. The ad is an engaging and provocative piece of film that conveys a powerful message of how easily TB is spread if you do not do anything about the disease.
