What you'll be doing:

Are you ready to make an impact and keep clients smiling? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our commercial insurance team and own the phone! Your mission? To connect with our commercial clients who’ve had return debits or are considering cancelling their insurance policies—and turn their experience around with top-tier service and solutions.


You’ll be the voice of reason, offering exceptional service while skilfully retaining our commercial clients and helping them understand their options. Your awesome communication skills and problem-solving abilities will help keep our clients happy, loyal, and in control of their policies.

Requirements

• Minimum matric (higher qualifications are a plus!)
• People skills – You connect easily and communicate effectively

• Organized and efficient – Strong admin and time management skills
• Fluent in English – Excellent written and verbal communication
