Payroll/Accounting/Stock Management Specialist

The payroll, accounting, and stock management specialist will oversee payroll functions across the company's branches, manage accounting operations, and ensure accurate stock control across all business locations.

Responsibilities:

Payroll management

• Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Streamline payroll processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations in South Africa.

Accounting functions

• Perform all accounting tasks using designated software.
• Maintain financial records and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

Stock management

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across all locations.
• Coordinate procurement and implement stock control measures to reduce waste.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in payroll administration, accounting, and stock management.
• Industry experience in food and beverage is preferred.
• Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
