Integrations Product Owner

Requirements

Two or more years’ experience as a product owner or product manager, particularly in integration projects and API-driven platforms
Strong experience working with both customers and developers, bridging business needs with technical execution
Proven track record in managing integrations with third-party IT teams, vendors, and offshore development teams
Deep understanding of APIs, system interoperability, and integration architectural patterns
Hands-on project management experience, including scoping, resource planning, and risk mitigation
Experience managing change within an organisation, ensuring smooth rollouts with minimal disruption
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to breaking down complex problems
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with product development teams

Nice to have (bonus skills)

Experience working in SaaS, AI, or data-driven platforms
Prior experience with CRM, telephony, or enterprise system integrations
Familiarity with API gateways, event-driven architectures, and middleware solutions
Experience with cloud-based integration services, AWS

Responsibilities

Liaise with customers and their IT teams to understand integration requirements, manage expectations, and ensure smooth implementation
Own and manage the integrations roadmap, prioritising and delivering features that bring the most value to customers and the business
Lead integration projects from planning to execution, working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery
Ensure engineers maintain robust API and integration architecture, aligning with security best practices and test strategies for APIs and data exchanges
