Who we are looking for

A strategic digital account manager.

What you will do

  • Act as the main client liaison, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring all client needs are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop project briefs, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency capabilities.
  • Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients based on market insights, trends, and data.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaign concepts and deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate with agency teams to optimise campaign performance.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, communicating project updates, results, and future opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

What you will need

  • Three to five years of experience in an account management or project management role in a digital agency.
  • Experience in managing large-scale integrated campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive problem-solver with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, media, etc.).
  • A passion for client success and delivering exceptional work.
