A leading company in electronic procurement software and educational platforms for the healthcare industry is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales and client engagement specialist to join their team.
Sales and client engagement responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.
  • Sell electronic procurement software and educational platforms to the healthcare industry, generating profitable revenue streams.
  • Provide support for media sales efforts as required, contributing to overall team success and broader sales objectives.
  • Expand market share and execute company initiatives to foster growth and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Conduct daily customer visits to enhance market share, retain existing clients, and build long-term relationships.
  • Engage healthcare professionals to increase their participation in educational platforms, driving greater user adoption.
  • Deliver regular pharmacy demonstrations on electronic procurement software, increasing product awareness and adoption.
  • Identify new sales leads weekly to support market share expansion and drive product sales growth.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets across all sales channels through effective planning and time management.
Reporting and administration responsibilities:
  • Respond to all emails in a timely manner, maintaining professional and clear communication.
  • Regularly update customer interactions in the CRM system to monitor progress and ensure accurate tracking of sales activities.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and encourage long-term retention.
  • Submit comprehensive weekly and daily reports, detailing sales activities, outcomes, and performance metrics.
Minimum requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Sales and marketing qualification will be beneficial
  • Two years of sales experience with a proven track record
  • Software sales experience beneficial
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be advantageous
  • Valid driver’s licence and own a reliable vehicle
  • Valid South African ID document
  • Ability to work extended hours when needed
