Sales and Marketing Consultant

• Generate and convert leads
  

  • Source and develop client referrals.
  • Conduct telesales.
  • Develop and deliver presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Negotiate with clients.
  • Develop sales proposals.
  • Secure and attend at least three appointments with clients weekly.
  • Follow up on leads received and close the sale.
  • Develop and maintain a leads database.

• Generate sales and meet targets
  

  • Sell and upsell company services and products.
  • Generate and maintain a sales database.
  • Produce sales reports monthly.
  • Meet monthly sales targets as specified.

• Client retention
  

  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain healthy client relationships (one meeting weekly).
  • Track and improve client activities and sales.
  • Follow up and win back clients (one meeting weekly).
  • Retain at least one client per month.
  • Develop and maintain client retention databases.

• Other duties
  

  • Submit monthly reports no later than the seventh of each month.
  • Submit weekly plans every Friday for the following week.

• Three to five years of sales experience.
