We are an award winning production agency and shopfitting company, with full in-house production, and we have an exciting position for a talented 3D / interior designer opening up.

You will work directly with many luxury brands to develop strong concepts across various executions in the retail space in all of the top fashion retailers.

Your day to day responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
  • Bringing the brief and concept to life based on the client's needs and vision.
  • Keeping budget, time and production constraints in mind.
  • Conceptualise ideas and complete work within budget and on deadline.
  • Working and collaborating with clients, and the internal design team, and production teams to execute briefs.
  • Sending client briefs to estimators to be actioned. Complex briefs are to be handled by creative director or MD.
  • Preparing mock-ups and renders before presenting to clients to decide on a final design/concept.
  • Build and prepare proofing forms and renderings for client approvals, and then for production.
  • To raise relevant questions about materials and production processes to ensure output meets requirements
  • Editing proofs to client's specifications and getting sign-off/approval before finalising artwork.
  • Ordering / sourcing materials as required by client.
  • Successfully managing the entire process from brief to final artwork, and then guiding the job into production.
  • Adhering to a client's brand identity and guidelines.
  • Communicating with internal teams about progress of projects and any issues that may arise.
  • Working with outwork suppliers to produce outsourced materials / media.
  • Keep up to date with materials and processes offered by the company, and any restrictions around said materials.
  • Work on multiple briefs at the same time.
  • Achieve or exceed relevant objectives based on briefs and input from clients.
  • Build trust with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
  • To maintain client and supplier relationships
  • Maintain, and keep artwork filing and archiving systems tidy, and easy to track.
  • Perform administrative tasks relating to job tickets, flow of information, filing relating to studio work.
  • The ability to work independently, and meet deadlines essential
  • Excellent written and verbal manner
  • To occasionally undertake certain tasks not described herein but ancillary to your functions.
Required:

Essential requirements
  • Autocad
  • 3D Studio Max - Design and V-Ray Rendering - 
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong knowledge of materials for shopfitting, events and carpentry
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills essential
  • Technical drawing and draughting
  • Previous experience in the events field
  • Previous experience in shopfitting
Highly advantageous
  • Sketchup  
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of print beneficial
