Proactive CRM and Email marketer to drive B2C marketing to promote member benefits directly to consumers to grow membership subscriptions for UK-based client. Ideal for a strategic marketer passionate about understanding customer behaviour to improve retention & reduce churn. Confidence as a self-starter, adaptable & flexible with high initiative to add value to a global team of 3 to produce exceptional results is essential!
You need- B2C CRM and lifecycle marketing expertise
- Solid consumer behaviour analysis, marketing strategy development, campaign design and execution, content creation and brand awareness, Subscription lifecycle management, Performance analysis and reporting
- Evidence of impact on implemented targeted lifecycle marketing strategies for subscriber acquisition, on-boarding, renewals, and win-back initiatives
- Quantifiable improvement in retention and churn reduction
To do
Consumer behaviour analysis- Analyse data on current and subscribing members to identify key behaviours, interests, and patterns
- Utilise insights to craft targeted messaging and retention strategies that resonate with different customer segments
Marketing strategy development- Develop and refine marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer awareness, engagement, and loyalty
- Implement campaigns to drive initial subscriptions and retain existing members through tailored data-driven approaches.
Campaign design and execution- Plan, segment, test, and launch campaigns prioritizing timely, personalised communication for optimal engagement
Content creation and brand awareness- Work with marketing to create engaging content across various platforms, to boost brand awareness and highlight member benefits
- Ensure consistent messaging aligns with brand values.
Subscription lifecycle management- Develop and implement targeted lifecycle marketing strategies for subscriber acquisition, onboarding, renewals, and win-back initiatives
- Optimise subscription email flows to maximise customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and drive upsells and referrals
- Conduct A/B testing to improve messaging effectiveness continuously
Performance analysis and reporting- Regularly monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (churn rate, reactivation rate, engagement) to guide and enhance future strategies

This role works remotely into the UK H/O from Woodstock-based Cape Town offices
Travel to the UK for training is required. Valid passport and availability to travel are essential
