Role and responsibilities:

• Actively sell, process, and manage work orders for client accounts.
• Develop and cross-sell existing accounts with new products.
• Prospect and convert new business through proactive efforts.
• Resolve issues within typical workflows.
• Pitch the retainer model to suitable clients.

Ideal candidate:

• Thinks creatively and is solution-oriented when faced with challenges.
• Understands basic sales processes.
• Identifies complex problems, reviews information, and implements effective solutions.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Able to listen to and understand client needs, translating them into briefs for the creative studio.
