Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a retail setting to identify their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining a tidy and organised sales environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Additional requirements:

• Grade 12/N4 equivalent.
• Willing to travel and relocate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven with a student mentality.
• Clear criminal record.
