View the finalists for the 2021 Absa Business Day Supplier Development AwardsThe finalists of the 4th annual Absa Business Day Supplier Development Awards have been revealed. On behalf of Absa, I would like to congratulate all the finalists and applaud them for the good example that they are setting for others.” Finalists for 2021The 2021 finalists (audited by BDO South Africa) are: • Anglo American Zimele Winners of the Absa Business Day Supplier Development Awards will be announced on 18 November 2021 via a hybrid gala event and digital announcement. The awards are complemented by a series of free digitised workshops for insiders who are part of the SD ecosystem. Judging panelThe judging panel for the 2021 awards comprises the following industry representatives: • Catherine Wijnberg, CEO, Fetola Catherine Wijnberg, CEO of Fetola and member of the adjudication panel, says: “The quality of the submissions this year was superb. Many of the finalists display a true commitment to a long-term strategic supplier development plan that aims to make a significant difference to small supplier success and local competitive advantage.
