Invicta formally appoints Charles Walters as CEO

Invicta (IVT), a distributor of capital equipment, spare parts and engineering consumables, said on Monday, 4 May, it had formally appointed Charles Walters as CEO.

Walters replaces Arnold Goldstone, who assumes the position of executive deputy chairman of the group. Both appointments are effective from May 1.

The company said Walters would assume executive responsibility for its operations, while Goldstone would help to develop and guide the group's strategic direction.
