Norton Rose Fulbright announces three new appointments

Norton Rose Fulbright is delighted to announce that Henri Nieuwoudt, Allison Williams and Rachael Younger have joined the South African practice.

Henri Nieuwoudt joins the mining and regulatory team in Johannesburg as a director. He has more than 20 years of mining law experience and will specialise in mining, minerals, natural resources and energy.

Allison Williams re-joins Norton Rose Fulbright as a director in our Durban commercial team and will focus on intellectual property, black economic empowerment, consumer protection and data protection law. She previously led the intellectual property practice of another legal entity.

Rachael Younger joins as chief business development and marketing officer - Africa, based in Sandton. She has relocated to South Africa from the Dubai office, where she was CMO and head of business development for Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in the Middle East, Central Europe as well as for the Africa practice.
