Editorial/production assistant

A leading creative agency in Lonehill is looking for an editorial/production assistant to play a pivotal role within our content management and multi-platform production teams. The ideal candidate is someone who understands online publishing and social media and has knowledge of events production and video content creation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the events production team in planning and implementing all stages of each event.
• Schedule online and in-studio interviews across a number of online platforms.
• Implement social media campaigns for specific events, both live and virtual.
• Daily coordination of content from multiple sources, make ready for and upload into webpage CMS.
• Create social media content and post onto relevant platforms.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the WordPress CMS and the ability to upload content with SEO at the fore.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms.
• Good organisational skills and a strong ability to multi-task.
• Well spoken with good telephone etiquette.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
