If you're a talented senior graphic designer this position is for you. We're looking for a sharp, smart creative that can solve problems through strategic design. The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable working across print and digital, with a meticulous eye for detail, and a passion for brand identity work and brand building.
The Designer will contribute to marketing activities, campaigns, and projects through on brand, captivating, consistent, and boundary-pushing design work. This individual is required to jump in with zest and creativity to work on varied projects and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Design across multiple channels.
- Contribute to brainstorms and concepts.
- Contribute to crafting the design of an idea.
- Generate ideas and sell them to clients and other members of the team.
- Compile presentations with your team.
- Attend client briefings and presentations.
- Participate in pitches for new business.
- Design of social media branded content and advertising.
- Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
- Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
- Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
- Generating fresh concepts.
- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
- Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements- Able to take and interpret client briefs and make it your own.
- Solid experience and knowledge of brand identity design and rollout across social, web, print (with a portfolio to prove it).
- Understanding of social media channels, and up-to-date knowledge of best practice.
- Strong conceptual design skills.
- Experience in web design.
- Appreciation for typography and an eagle eye for detail.
- Super organised and able to manage your time wisely.
- Not afraid to present creative work and concepts to clients.
- Able to think strategically, always.
- Minimum three to five years’ work experience.
Fluent in:- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- InDesign
- Adobe XD
- After Effects (advantageous)
