New Business Consultant - Half Day

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a half-day new business consultant to generate leads on behalf of our founder and CEO and occasionally our clients. 
The person needs to be comfortable using the phone to warm call leads and generate appointments. 

The ideal applicant must have cold calling experience and know-how to engage with business decision-makers on the phone. 
Please be based in Cape Town. Not accepting applicants outside of Cape Town. 

Responsibilities:

• Internet research
• Email and telephone communication on behalf of company.
• Identifying opportunities for CEO and clients. 
• Strong administrative skills, managing data in the CRM system
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Manage and diarise appointments on behalf of our CEO and clients
• Work towards activity targets 

Requirements

• Home office space
• Good internet line
• Own Laptop / Computer - with webcam
• Articulate, professional and a strong command of the English language both verbal and written 
• Strong telephone etiquette
• Excellent relationship-building skills 
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Self-starter and self-motivated

• Must be able to work in a remote position

Benefits

• Flexible working hours 08:00-13:00
• Base salary of R5,500 (We will provide a calling system and credit)
• Commission for every appointment generated based on attendance. 
• Quarterly weekends away with the company if targets are hit as a company. 

Generous comm structure is available expected take away salary is R11,000 with comm monthly if targets are hit. But CTC is R5,500.
