Office Assistant

Job description

• Source office equipment and services as required
• Facilitate solutions to computer/communication hardware failures           
• Facilitate office building maintenance
• Ensure all software is valid and up to date
• Maintain stationery and printer supplies
• Maintain kitchen bulk order supplies
• Assist with staff welfare observances `
• Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Good communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills, display initiative, attention to detail as well as time management skills. Must be proficient in MS Office.
