Role purpose
The purpose of this role is to work closely with the brand teams and digital performance team members to implement and execute on campaigns across paid search and paid line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and deliver on client performance targets. Key Accountabilities
Performance campaign Management
- Focus on day-to-day execution
- Liaises with vendors and third-party representatives to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of features and upcoming offerings
- Interprets performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives
- Generating campaign reports and is responsible for pacing, QA and trafficking
- Maintain a deep understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into digital objectives/strategies.
- Manage daily budget allocations to achieve the dual goals of spending the monthly budget and while systematically improving campaign performance.
- Liaise between the campaign management team and other key internal groups on the account (marketplace, client services, research/analytics, and operations)
- Develop optimisation strategies and tactics that will maximize client ROI.
- Help in designing and delivering performance updates, business reviews and growth opportunity presentations to key agency contacts
- Liaises with vendors and third-party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of features and betas
Paid search and social media campaign management
- Provides day-to-day implementation, optimisation and upload of client campaigns through direct input.
- Interprets performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives
- Build strong relationships across client services team and with the client
- Provides accurate client communication that details performance and return on investment via regular campaign reporting and analysis
- Execute all aspects of campaign management– campaign strategy; tagging recommendations; console setup; delivery management (pacing, budget, spend); analysis and reporting.
- Be an “expert” on all Google offerings and opportunities including: all ad formats, campaign objectives, targeting options, bidding techniques and reporting capabilities.
Professional Skills
- Google AdWords Certification (Fundamentals, Search Advanced, Display Advanced, Video Advanced)
- Facebook Blueprint certifications
- Twitter Technical Abilities
- 3+ years’ experience at respected agencies
- Experience in presenting to clients and dealing with internal stakeholders
- Worked with large budgets/client properties
- Experience in multichannel work (Google platforms, Facebook, Programmatic, Instagram & Twitter, SA360)
- Very good project and time management skills
- Experience in the variety of tools required to do the job
- Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Good communication skills
