The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals, deliver strong ROI, and reach the right audience at the right time.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, 3rd Party, and more.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to align paid campaigns with overall marketing objectives and messaging.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization to drive campaign effectiveness.
- Set up, monitor, and optimise paid media campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals.
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximise campaign ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to implement best practices.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging ad creatives.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging paid media trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Five years of experience in paid media management or digital advertising.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong understanding of paid media strategies, tactics, and optimization techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
