The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals, deliver strong ROI, and reach the right audience at the right time.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, 3rd Party, and more.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to align paid campaigns with overall marketing objectives and messaging.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization to drive campaign effectiveness.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimise paid media campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximise campaign ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging ad creatives.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with emerging paid media trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Five years of experience in paid media management or digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategies, tactics, and optimization techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
