Who are we looking for: Customer Relations Manager – Corporate Accounts
What will you do: - Customer relationship management and engagement
- Customer data and analytics management

- Onsite client engagement and travel
Occasionally travel and significant time onsite with clients may be required to strengthen relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.
What do you need:- Minimum 6 years in customer account management, client services, or CRM
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications
- Relationship management: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, proactively resolve issues and ensure long-term customer satisfaction
- Project and service coordination: Experience in managing corporate accounts, overseeing service quality and coordinating project implementations within strict deadlines
- Data and analytics: Proficiency in analysing customer data, tracking engagement metrics and leveraging insights to drive business growth
- Collaboration and communication: Excellent teamwork, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and operations teams
Technical and system knowledge:- Experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365 / BC365
- Proficiency in Monday.com for project tracking and team collaboration
- Familiarity with customer data management tools and reporting dashboard
- Flexibility and Travel: Willingness to travel for onsite client engagement when required
