With a focus on trends, interior design, architecture, and next-level marketing campaigns, we are seeking a talented marketing coordinator to join our in-house marketing team.
This is a leadership position that requires excellent communication and organisational skills, reporting to the head of marketing. The Interslab marketing supervisor will need to have an in-depth understanding of all the designer surface brands within the Interslab portfolio, including Caesarstone, Infinity Surfaces, EeziQuartz, and Rudi’s Choice Natural Stone.
Duties- Manage a team of nine product consultants around the country, including leading, supervising, and training them.
- Oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly schedules and functions of the team, including call reports and credit card reconciliations.
- Compile monthly reports on data analysis from market research and industry findings.
- Manage the marketing warehouse and marketing stock, including planning, budgeting, and ordering marketing materials from global service providers.
- Manage the marketing admin assistant.
- Oversee the data and analysis of monthly lead generation across all Interslab brands.
- Present brand training and information sessions to customers across the country.
- Actively participate in and manage regional marketing events.
- Occasionally call on specific customers across the country.

Skills and qualifications- Grade 12 certificate.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, sales management, or business management.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a managerial role.
- Experience managing a team of five or more people, with valid references.
- Strong maths and analytical skill set, with a proven track record in stock management.
Person specification- Interest in numbers and administrative accuracy.
- Strong organisational abilities with acute attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and adaptability in a team-based environment.
- Ability to build a strong team spirit and provide motivational leadership.
- Good time management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
