We are on the lookout for a well-rounded HR Manager, someone who's at the on top of all the legal stuff brings strategic collaboration to the team As a key player, you'll be part of the Exco team. The company has around 100 employees spread across the country, but the position is based in Stellenbosch with one assistant reporting into this position.
As the HR manager, you will need experience in the following (but limited to):- Full recruitment cycle as well on and off boarding
- Performance management: Ensure the employee is performing to expected standards during employment. Including probation, performance and development discussion (PDD), disciplinary procedure
- Policies and procedures: Maintain a set of rules, policies, and procedures that govern company conduct
- Leave maintenance and control
- Payroll (Payspace experience will be beneficial)
- Monthly reconciliation of Provident Fund
- Full responsible for monthly payroll
- Update and maintain all info on systems
- Monthly reports and follow-ups
- Daily Employee Relations
- Represent the company at CCMA cases
- Chair disciplinary hearing
- Submit yearly Employment Equity reports and quarterly meetings
- Submit yearly WSP/ATR Reports (Seta)
- Control and plan induction training, and documents regarding
- Daily HR consultation to Managers and staff – must be up date with current Labour Law and Basic Conditions of Employment and other related Legislation

Basic requirements- Minimum of five to eight years' experience in the same or similar position
- Sound knowledge of all legislation and amendments with regards to human resources (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, OHSA)
- Familiar with Payspace Payroll programme
- Effective interpersonal skills, working well across functions and platforms
