What you’ll be up to:

• Create amazing experiences - Once an advisor confirms an itinerary with hotel and air reservations, the concierge turns the itinerary into an experience. 
• The concierge works with clients to learn their interests and is responsible tasks ranging from restaurant reservations to spa treatment appointments. They would also organise tour guides, special meals for dietary needs, research unique activities to fulfill any dreams, or developing romantic experiences for a honeymooner. 
• Create beautiful, detailed color itineraries for client vacations. 
• Assist luxury travel advisors on a daily basis and have instant contact with clients.
• Emergency assistance - All team members are expected to have email access after work hours and may have to work from home to assist clients in emergency situations. The job is very fast paced and intense and provides an incredible education.

 Requirements:

• South Africa Citizenship or Permanent Residency essential.
• Full-time hours.
• Able and happy to be flexible regarding time difference.?(US time zone) 
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Minimum one-year travel and tourism or hospitality experience.
• Relevant diploma/degree beneficial.
• Working PC/laptop.
• Secure and reliable internet connection.
