Job description

We are looking for an executive-level specialist to join our agency’s leadership team. 

Their responsibilities will be to lead the business of customer experience and e-commerce in our South African agency. This will entail drawing on our global capabilities and creating a strategy and business plan suited to our local market. They will be accountable for this strategy and plan and will support our sales team to build a revenue pipeline for this offering. As the primary consultant on pre-sales client engagement in this area of the business, they will be responsible for packaging our offering and producing presentation content to help our clients can understand the value of, and therefore buy, our services.

This position includes a seat on our exco, and comes with broader agency leadership responsibility including:
  • Evangelising and educating on CX and e-commerce across our agency teams, working alongside our chief creative officer and chief connections officer
  • Driving thought leadership, presenting at CX-related events and building our presence in the industry, working alongside our marketing and PR partners
  • Facilitating Design Thinking workshops to help solve agency and client problems in a human-centred way


They should have significant experience and an industry profile in at least one or two of the following areas:
  • Customer experience
  • E-commerce
  • Experience design
  • Management consulting
