Invitation to bid

BID NO: SCM 08/2018/SANC: Appointment of advertising agency who will assist with a campaign to overhaul the SANC image for a maximum of eight months.

The South African Nursing Council (SANC) hereby invites all potential advertising agency service providers to bid for a below-the-line advertising campaign with the purpose of overhauling the image of the SANC and nursing in general. The campaign is envisaged to run for a period of eight (8) months.

Bids will be evaluated in terms of the 80/20 preference point/scoring system. The bids will be evaluated in the following three (3) stages:

Stage 1 – Administrative Compliance, Stage 2- Functionality and Stage 3 - Price and BBBEE points.

Bids must remain valid for 120 days from the date of closing. No faxed or e-mailed bids will be accepted. The detailed bid document will be available upon payment of the non-refundable fee of R350.00 per document from the Supply Chain Management office as from Thursday, 13 December 2018 and may be collected during office hours (between 8am and 3.30pm from Monday to Friday).

All bids must be submitted in two separate, sealed envelopes clearly marked “Administrative Document” [one (1) original and three (3) copies] and “Financial/Pricing Document” [one (1) original and one copy]

Bids must be hand-delivered to the tender box situated at the pedestrian gate at Cecilia Makiwane building, 602 Pretorius Street, Arcadia, Pretoria, 0083:.

The compulsory briefing session will be held on Wednesday, 9 January 2019 at 10am in the Council Chambers.

The closing date for submissions is 18 January 2019 at 11.30am South African time.
