“I am so extremely proud to be a part of these prestigious awards and the reality is that I could not achieve such success on my own,” says Le Roux. “I would like to express how profoundly grateful I am to my amazing team at React24. Our success is because of their hard work, their daily excellence and their dedication to our purpose.”

React24 is a specialist site services provider to the property facilities market in South Africa, rendering bespoke reactive site services to the residential, industrial, commercial and retail markets. The React Training College launched on 22 September this year providing training for artisans in the plumbing trade.

“This award is a culmination of our diligence at React24 and proof that we are on the right path. It means so much because it reflects what the team has achieved, and it is just as much a celebration of them as it is of me,” says Le Roux.

“We believe that now more than ever, it is crucial to recognise the companies and individuals such as Celeste Margo Le Roux who are making impactful change for gender empowerment in South Africa,” says Topco Media head of marketing Karla Fletcher.
