The survey will be live until 19 July 2004 and the results are expected to be announced later this year.
Answers from the survey will help to build a sexual profile of participating countries and uncover which nations really are the greatest lovers and losers in the bedroom. The survey will contain questions covering a range of issues including sex education and sexual lifestyle and this year South Africans will be able to vote for South Africa's sexiest celebrity couple and sexiest musician.
For every survey completed, Durex will donate five condoms to charities around the world involved with improving sexual health - there are over one million condoms to be given away!
One lucky South African who completes the survey will also be entered into this year's prize draw to and could stand in line to win a sexy Apple iPod mini.
