Carla is an experienced project manager and facilitator who has 15 years experience in the consulting industry.
She has facilitated, consulted, programme or project managed various strategic projects dealing with mergers, new product development, re-engineering, compliance, outsourcing, Project Support Office creation and others, together with companies such as SARS, City of Cape Town, Standard Bank, WesBank, JD Group, National Ports Authority, SABC, Liberty Life and Discovery.
Carla has also been responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of a Training Academy business unit and staff, as well as Research and Development projects, and project managing the set up a Centre of Practice (knowledge base, consultants' toolkit, research) for both consultants and clients.
