I am ready to take on an exciting position where my excellent project management, creative and strategic skills can be further developed. I spent almost 10 years at Nando's, and ran projects which required highly functional relationships across internal departments, suppliers, partners and all different levels of employees. This benefits the end consumer, and ultimately the profitability of the organisation. I am a flexible individual who deals well with change and has had to change focus and direction quickly when Nando's strategy changed multiple times throughout the years. I have managed teams and most recently had both the In-restaurant Experience Assistant and the Internal Communication and Customer Care Manager reporting into me. I found being able to mentor and guide these members of staff a fulfilling role for me.
