Larry Feinberg is currently the executive director of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS), a voluntary association for the membership of quantity surveyors.
His key interests are the development and implementation of board strategies and policies and the smooth running and management of the entire organisation, including collaboration and networking with local government institutions and officials, interfacing with industry stakeholders, providing educational opportunities and development for professional QS's and developing additional membership services, professional industry specific documentation and products aimed towards creating and delivering additional value for membership.
Feinberg is highly experienced in the creation and delivery of tangible membership benefits which are proven to incrementally grow membership whilst also instilling member confidence in organisational leadership. His management style is to communicate and delegate and ensures that his team is included in the acknowledgement and recognition of successful project outcomes.
