You will notice that I had extensive work experience in the teaching/education/training, Open Distance Learning (ODL), distance education environments and specifically implementing various interactive technologies, devices and platforms into education/training environments improving quality training/teaching/learning.
I am quality-driven, dynamic and a team player. Success in any working environment is in 95% of instances because of the input and hard work of everyone involved in the team/department. I function effectively with all types of people and personalities. Management, problem solving, strategic thinking/planning, effective communication and adapting to various circumstances/challenges in my current working environment forms the core of my current duties in the department I currently manage at the NWU. I view barriers in my working environment rather as challenges that could have a positive influence on a company when correctly addressed. I encountered many barriers when tasked to implement interactive technologies in both rural and urban areas in South Africa with it's vast challenges with technologies especially as a third world nation.
I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I have lots of innovative ideas and full of enthusiasm for any task I am responsible for. I am willing to travel extensively and to relocate to any location. I'm keen to work for a company with a great reputation and high profile.
