Jennifer Paddock is a specialist sectional title attorney and managing partner of Paddock, sectional title and home owners' association specialists.
Jennifer received her LLB at the University of Cape Town and specialised in sectional titles by completing the Paddocks UCT (Law@Work) Sectional Titles Scheme Management and the Advanced Sectional Titles Scheme Management short courses. She has trained under her father, Adjunct Professor Graham Paddock, who is an authority on sectional and community title law and who is the senior partner of Paddocks. Jennifer has also worked as a managing agent, managing strata title schemes, in Victoria Australia.
