- Do all admin such as filing, answering phone, etc. - Ensure all the filing is done and up to date - Ensure all invoices are done and correct - Comparing all supplier invoices to ensure delivery corresponds to items ordered and received. - Placing of orders and follow up with suppliers - Quote clients accurately according to their specifications and assist them to select the correct equipment for their needs - Capture of all invoices and delivery notes - Create brochures for weekly and monthly specials - Maintain cost effective estimations and accurate handling of internal sales - Assist customers with repairs and warranty enquiries - Stock control of spare parts and equipment - Do the daily schedules for all the drivers - Update all back orders and liaise with management - Liaise with customers, queries and complaints - Expedite orders to completion in conjunction with the warehouse - To handle difficult situations regarding clients - Check methods for better quality and traceability issues
