The Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Sector Council has appointed Andile Tlhoaele as its chairperson and Pheladi Gwangwa as its deputy chairperson.
The new appointments come after the resignation of Nokuzola Ehrens on 6 September 2018.
