Jennifer Hugé to leave La Colombe

La Colombe's front of house manager Jennifer Hugé is set to vacate her role in pursuit of a new restaurant venture in Cape Town's CBD. Hugé joined the restaurant as a waitress, quickly moving into a relief maître d' position, and subsequently front-of-house manager.

She is known for her food and wine pairings and has received the 2016 Eat Out John Psillos Award for Outstanding Contribution to Service for her warm and welcoming presence.
